MENTORING CIRCLES COMMITTEE
The Mentoring Circles Committee plans four to five round table events each year. The Mentoring Circles events are an opportunity for ChiWIP members to get together over a brown bag lunch and discuss preselected professional development topics in a smaller, more intimate setting. Typically, attendees include a diverse range of experience levels and contribute to an active discussion moderated by a committee member. The casual setting facilitates the natural development of connections among attendees.
