Mentorship: How to Identify, Build, and Leverage Your Connections

On March 24, 2021 the Mentoring Circles Committee facilitated a lunch discussion focused on mentorship. We discussed the differences between mentors, advocates, and sponsors, how to cultivate your relationships (both within a formal mentoring program and organically developing relationships), the basics for maximizing your relationships, and the building blocks for effective connections.
