Gayle addressed not only the struggles we are all dealing with today, but also provided specific suggestions on how to thrive in the midst of these challenges. She then facilitated an honest conversation on how to maintain our mental health in the times of COVID, and encouraged the women present to keep the conversation going beyond the hour-long program to continue to support one another as we navigate these strange time.
