Mentoring Circles (Virtual) Brown Bag Lunch Series: Coping in 2020

EVENT RECAP:

On October 7, 2020 over the lunch hour, the Mentoring Circles Committee hosted Gayle Victor, a former attorney who left the practice of law to pursue a career in clinical social work, to share her unique perspective on dealing with the daily pressures we face in the legal field, while also coping with the uncertainty of the current pandemic. Gayle addressed not only the struggles we are all dealing with today, but also provided specific suggestions on how to thrive in the midst of these challenges. She then facilitated an honest conversation on how to maintain our mental health in the times of COVID, and encouraged the women present to keep the conversation going beyond the hour-long program to continue to support one another as we navigate these strange time.
