Join ChiWIP and get your socially-distanced sweat on at the Studio Three Arena on Wednesday, October 14th at 5:30 p.m.! We will be taking Bodyweight Burn 45 with Courtney Aronson. This class will be outside so please dress accordingly (it's looking like it'll be in the low 60s). Participants will be required to wear masks in all common areas. Participants do not have to wear masks during the workout. The workout spaces are six feet apart.
Please bring your own yoga mat and towel because these items will not be provided. There will be space behind you to put your belongings, but we recommend packing light.
