Celebrate Women's History Month & International Women's Day with ChiWIP

March is Women's History Month! In honor of the month and International Women's Day on March 8, let's all commit to #BreakTheBias. This year's theme recognizes that whether "deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead" and that "action is needed to level the playing field." While March 8 is the official day of celebration, we can commit to break the bias today and all year long.

All you have to do is submit a selfie of yourself striking the #breakthebias pose (demonstrated above), crossing your arms in solidarity and to show your commitment to call out bias, smash stereotypes, break inequality, and reject discrimination. We'll assemble a mural of our ChiWIP members striking the pose, and encouraging others to help us in our mission to bring about change.
