Celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Month

This May, join us as we celebrate and honor our Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander members and friends, and reflect upon their contributions to American history. The recent increase in discrimination and violence against Asian communities are unacceptable. Our thoughts are with the families of the victims and with the communities impacted by these acts. There are numerous resources available online, including NAPABA’s Hate Crimes Resources, and this collection of articles, podcasts, and more, which are directed to how to support the AAPI community and actions we can take to stop Asian hate. In celebration of Asian American Pacific Islander month, test your knowledge with this short quiz about five notable AAPI women. Each person who finishes the quiz will be entered for a chance to win a $25 gift card to a local AAPI eatery of her choice! While you do not need correct answers to win, we encourage you to do some Google searches to find the answers and to read about these women and their accomplishments.
